Installing of windows xp on your computer is very simple. For this your need to follow the simple steps which are explained in this article. You don't need to get training about installing windows xp. This article will show you pictures explanation of installation process.

Step1: What are the Hardware requirements of Windows xp:
Windows xp can be installed on Pentium I, II, III and also on Pentium IV. But in this era of generation Pentium IV also on down. This era is for i series. Generations are available in era. If you have Pentium IV computer you need to install xp windows.
Step2: Installation Process of Windows xp:
First purchase windows xp installation CD from the market. Now, put cd into your computers CD/DVD rom. and restart your computer.
Step3: Select Booting Order of windows:
This step is important to start windows installing.
If you have hp company pc, then press f9 key when system starting ,
If you have dell company pc, then press f12 key when system is starting,
If you have acer company pc, then press f9 key when system is starting,
If you have Compaq company pc, then press f9 key when system is starting.
Step4: When you will press, Installation process will start
In this process, this will show no. information, but you don't need to press any key in this. If you press any key which is in process, windows installation process will disturbed.
Now, this windows will appears on your computer screen.
At the bottom of this screen, showing 3 instructions:
1. Enter=Continue : If you want to continue this installation process then press ENTER
2. R=Repair : If you want to repair old windows that is running on your system then press R
3. F3=Quit : If you don't want to perform any task then you can quit this process by press f3
But recommended is press ENTER key from keyboard.
When you will press enter key then this windows will appears.
This is Microsoft windows licence agreement. but here will show you 3 options.
1. F8=I agree
2. ESC=I do not agree
3. PAGE DOWN=Next Page
You need to press F8 key because we are going to install windows, so we are agree with these terms and conditions.
We are going to install new windows, Here you will show your computer hard drives my be C, D, E...
Select your C drive and click on D key from keyboard.
D=delete
delete all data c drive and install new windows.

Now, Press ENTER for starting installation actual process of xp. At this step we have deleted and created a new drive for windows xp which is c drive.
These are file systems. There are two types of file systems. FAT and NTFS
FAT: File allocation Table that is not used for networking
NTFS: New Technology File System, with this you can connect your computer in a network if you want.
So recommended is NTFS highlighted.
New process will format computer C drive first and then will copy all file of windows that are necessary for this.
This is the process where files are being copied into your computer c drive.
When coping process is completed, system will reboot in just 15 seconds, you can skip this if you want. After this
Yeah, this is rebooting process or restarting system.
After this a 39 minutes process will start for windows.
This process may take a while for complete. but at 33 Minutes system will ask you somethings.
At this windows, Press Next button.
Type your Name or your computer name and your organization, if don't have any organization, not necessary to type organization name.
Type windows xp Product keys here that are on rapper of windows or
QW4HD-DQCRGHM64M-6GJRK-8K83T are the product keys.
If you want windows password, then type your password here and click on Next button.
Select your own country time and click on next button.
Just 1 minute is remaining to complete this process.
